Learn TIA Portal programming through a real production line: planning the production process, optimizing control logic, adjusting parameters, monitoring live data just-in-time, cloud data transmission, and further processing—all from one system: TLL Automation 4.0. An optimal didactic combination of theory and practice.
The TLL Automation 4.0 Learning and Training System is a scaled-down but complete production line that produces renewable energy and hydrogen. It includes water treatment and circulation, the electrolyzer, and enables hydrogen purification, drying, and storage. Each production step is equipped with various sensors, valves, and switches connected to a PLC. This ensures the basis for automated live programming. The system is compatible with Siemens PLC 1200 / 1500. Other control systems, such as Mitsubishi or RS-485, are possible.
