PEM Fuel Cell 200
A real industrial state-of-the-art Hydrogen for electricity production line, the smallest in the world, compacted on a school-training-board, controlled by SIEMENS smart industrial grade PLC, for didactic purposes.
For years, industries have been demanding increasingly qualified professionals to meet the growing integration of AI, renewable energy, digitalization, and the Internet of Everything (IoE)—collectively known as Industry 4.0. The key question is: Are we prepared?
At Wandaa Group, our team is dedicated to renewable energy—particularly hydrogen energy—and presents the latest systems for educational and training purposes. These systems demonstrate both hydrogen production and utilization on two compact panels.
All processes are presented in a tactile and clearly structured schematic format, with strict adherence to various safety regulations to ensure the entire process remains secure. All data is digitized and directed to a central control system, where it is processed for didactic purposes. This includes displaying information in tables or diagrams to allow for comparison between theoretical and actual values.
Our training equipment is communication-ready within a multimedia environment. Students can use their smartphones or Android tablets to independently calculate and compare theoretical and real-world data within a guided educational framework. This provides them with a lasting and practical understanding of the efficiency and effectiveness of hydrogen production and usage.
The digital transmission and processing of data reflect the modern communication demands of Industry 4.0.
ISO 9001 certification and many other standards ensure maximum safety and compliance with the highest industry requirements.
Furthermore, the ongoing development and production of the hydrogen bicycle, along with retrofit kits for e-Bikes (used as additional batteries), fosters innovation enthusiasm among students. This also helps identify talented individuals with a passion for sustainable technologies.
